Rated 1 out of 5 by from Be wary of the door clearance This is a nice and expensive refrigerator with lots of features. But be aware the right hand door might not be able to open fully if there is any appliance to the right. We have a built in wall oven to the right and the oven handle is 3.75" from the cabinet face. The oven is in its own allowed and engineered space. The right hand refrigerator door because it is a door in door design needs to swing into the oven's space. In other words the right hand door is NOT a zero clearance swing, unlike the left hand door. Our contractor and designer were totally surprised about this. The next issue is connecting the refrigerator to my local wifi network. After hours of trying, it always stalled and failed to complete the registration process at the 90% mark. I'm an electrical engineer, network manager and software tester, so I think I can read and follow directions. The directions in the Apple iOS app and the paper manual don't work. I can see the refrigerator is being assigned an IP address via DHCP from the router, so I know the router password is correct. Out going traffic starts to flow, but just stops at 90% completion, saying they could not contact their router, which is false, they already connected to the LG router. This refrigerator is a pain.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from WiFi hook up Could not connect up the smart thin Q application to my frig. Instructions said to move the appliance by the router. That would mean dragging it down the hall to the bedroom. That is not going to happen. I payed for this feature and can’t even it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from French Door Refrigerator Bought model LFXS29626 on 9/17/16 and ended up with a 'sealed system' issue. No one will work on it, called six places and I dont blame them. Customer Service has been extremely hard to work with and get feedback from. I highly recommend against buying this type of unit. Been without a refrigerator for over a month now. Rep finally says they will replace, but ANOTHER 3-5 business day wait and Claims will get in touch. We like the look of unit but DANG.
