1) Remote Customer Service Agent:

We are currently looking for Remote Customer Service Agents to help with customer order fulfillment.

Work from home as self employed at your convenience, paid for orders processed, shipped and delivered.

-Review online customer orders for fulfillment, process payments, create shipping documents and pickups.

-Coordinate with customer and shipping companies if necessary for tracking purposes.

-Send email orders to supplier for not in stock items.

-Create shipping documents to drop ship from supplier directly to customer.


2) Sales Professionals:

Work from home as self employed at your convenience or at the showroom, paid for orders booked, processed and delivered.

-Answer Customer Calls and questions, provide product quotes and follow up.

-Set up Customer Showroom Visits, manage visits, potential sales and follow up.

-Book Customer Orders, process deposit payments, and set up delivery dates.

-Send email orders to suppliers for not in stock items and update ETA date(s).
