Returns and Exchange Policy Most returns can be avoided before you make your purchase. Please check model specifications and installation guides or appliance specialists for more information.
Damaged Shipments Inspect your appliance(s) upon delivery before signing and accepting your order. It is very important to inspect your product thoroughly before accepting and signing for it. Appliances are delicate and have many parts that are sensitive to rough handling. Though your box and packaging may appear intact, it is still possible that your product may be damaged. Check for both internal and external damage before accepting delivery. If you notice there is damage to the product, do not refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery slip. Please call our customer service department immediately, and we will issue a return authorization (RA) number. If damage issues arise after signing for the merchandise, you are responsible for filing all claims with the delivery company. Therefore, a thorough inspection of all packages is important before signing. If your item was shipped via third party service provider call them with your tracking number to report a damaged item.
Defective Merchandise Plug in your appliance ASAP to make sure it operates properly. It is important that you install your appliance as soon as you can to make sure it operates properly. If you receive an item that is defective and not due to shipping damages, please contact customer support within 24 hours of receipt. If your item is defective after the first use, please contact the manufacturer directly. Contact information for the manufacturer is included in the product literature. If a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is void according to the manufacturer warranties and policies. We are not responsible for any installation or shipping charges when manufacturer authorize a replacement on a unit. Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery receipt. Please contact the manufacturer directly to order any missing parts.
Product Does Not Meet Your Needs Before deciding on the model that you will purchase, do all appropriate research. If you receive an item that does not meet your needs please call our customer service department within 24 hours of receipt. Any product that has been installed or has attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Returned products must be in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which it was received. In the event of a return or refusal of incoming delivery or shipment, shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable. If that is the case free shipping(if it was offered), rebates and promotions(if applied to the order) are voided upon return/refusal of merchandise. All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse prepaid, using the original method of shipment. If your item was shipped by a freight carrier, you must return it with the same freight carrier to ensure its safe return.
The Return Policy
Our company strives for customer satisfaction with the products and service we provide. It is customer’s responsibility to check all the features and specification of the products they are ordering before placing your order with aniks appliances.
All products ordered should be inspected thoroughly at the time of delivery or pickup from our warehouse. If there are any issues, please contact us immediately before signing off delivery receipt. Be sure to report any defects or damages to us within 48 hours.
(a) All sales are considered final unless stated otherwise on the purchase invoice.
(b) All damages must be reported within 48 hours of pickup or delivery.
(c) All products come with a minimum of one year manufacturer's warranty (exceptions may apply to clearance or end of line products).
(d) All product defects or recalls are subject to manufacturer’s warranty policy and need to be addressed with respective manufacture or the distributor directly.
(e) If a returns request is initiated, product will be inspected by a factory technician to assess if a returns authorization is warranted or issues can be resolved onsite. It is manufacturer or distributor’s sole decision and we follow their instructions to address the issues. Delivery cost of replacement unit and/or pickup up RA returns unit are not covered by the manufacturer or the distributor and are tor arranged for or to be paid for by the customer to arrange these services.
(f) All returns and exchanges must be authorized in writing prior to physically returning the unit to the store or pickup of products.
(g) All authorized returns or exchanges must have original packaging. No returns or exchanges on used or installed products.
(h) All authorized returns and exchanges on new, unopened and unused product are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus applicable delivery charges.
(i) Aniks appliances reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of merchandise at any time and for any reason.
(j) Special order items or non stock items and floor clearance or end of line products are not returnable or refundable.
(k) All cancelled orders are subject to a 25% non-refundable deposit even if it is not yet delivered or picked up. No Buyer's Remorse period to cancel in-store or online order.
