Returns and Exchange Policy
We at Aniks appliances strive for customer satisfaction with the products and service we provide. We ask that customers check all the features and specifications of the products they are ordering before placing the order.
Inspect your order upon delivery before signing and accepting your order. Check for both internal and external damage before accepting delivery. Call 416 901 7557 with any issues related to your order. If damage arises after signing and accepting merchandise, you are responsible for filing damage claims with the delivery company.

Ordered a Wrong Product or Change of Mind:
Convenience returns accepted for stock products must be in brand-new in original packaging subject to a 30% restocking fee and the original shipping costs. All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse prepaid, using the original method of shipment. If your item was shipped by a freight carrier, you must return it with the same freight carrier to ensure its safe return.
The Return Policy
(a) All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated on the purchase invoice.
(b) Product damage must be reported within 48 hours of pickup or delivery.
(c) Unopened Stock items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days with 30% restock fee.
(d) If a repair, returns or exchange request is initiated, the product will be inspected by a factory technician to determine if a returns authorization is warranted, or issues can be resolved onsite. It is the manufacturer or distributor’s sole decision, and we follow their instructions to address the issues.
(e) All returns and exchanges must be authorized in writing prior to physically returning the unit to the store.
(f) Aniks appliances reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of merchandise at any time and for any reason.
(g) Special order or non-stock items, floor clearance or end of line products are not returnable or refundable.
